Christmas Card with the Girls!

Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells...... What too early??  It is never too early to create Christmas Cards!
Some friends and I got together on Thursday to start our Christmas Cards!
What fun!  I love how everyone puts their own spin on designs,  that is what it is all about right?!

Here are the girls that were able to make it
From the left we have Susan, Bev, Carolyn, Lisa and Liz!
We had so much fun and as Bev says I was sweating glitter!
Here is the card they are holding up

Of course I love the bling background!  Glimmer paper in every colour of the Stampin Up rainbow!!  Yes that back ground is heat and stick powder heat embossed then Dazzling Diamonds and it is picking up the colour of the Crush Concord - so very pretty!
The next card we did was Tiffany related!

This is the silver Glimmer Paper from Stampin Up and you cannot tell in this photo but it just sparkles like crazy!
Next up  Scenic Season on Night of Navy with Iridescent Ice and Whisper White Craft Ink!  So simple and pretty
Next up Red Glimmer Paper and Lucky Limeade!
The Next Card has been posted before but we did it so I am going to include it again
We had such a fun night !

Have a great weekend

Monster Mash Monday Week 11

Its Monday and its Monster Mash Monday!
Click here to check out Shirley's blog and see the cool things they did on the weekend at Shirleys card party.  Oh and don't forget to join our hop!

This week was keep it simple week!
I started with a Rich Razzelberry card base and then applied Versa Mark and Heat and Stick powder and heated with a heat tool.  Next I added Dazzling Diamonds to the entire face of card.  Then I added a Black Satin Ribbon.  I layered halloween DSP .  To create the scallop square cut from WW on the duo scallop square I stamped the stamp image in Versa Mark and then added white embossing powder.  Next I brayered Old Olive and wiped excess from the image.  I added eyes in Stazon from the Make a Monster stamp set.
I added some Basic Rhinestones on each side of the center image.

Hope you can join us for the hope

Please feel free to comment or ask questions!

Sunday Sunday!

I was working on some cards for my card night on November 4th and thought I would share a sneak peek at what I have in mind
I used the Merry and Type set in the Holiday Mini for create this card in Real Red.  The base of the card is Old Olive and the DSP is a retired one from last years Christmas Mini.  I Stamped the Ornaments in Versa Mark then Real Red Classic Ink and embossed with Clear embossing powder.
I used Real Red on one and Old Olive on the other to Stamp the Merry and Bright saying on WW card stock.  Then layered this with Real Red or Old Olive and punched with the decorative label punch.
I tied the main design with Real Red Satin Ribbon.
I stamped the inside with the 25 stamp from Merry and Type.

Oh and lets not forget a tiny bit of bling in the bottom ornament.

I love to read your comments!

So I was feeling fun tonight so here is the cute Halloween Card I came up with --

I then coloured the images added Dazzling Details to the space bubbles and the webs!

Hope your weeks is going along amazingly

Monster Mash

Hola!!!  Yes I know I missed a week but things were just beyond my control!  Yes that's right I am out of control -- again!
I was able to put a little something together this week for
Click on the badge to be taken to Shirley's site for the start of the hop!

I started out with one idea this week and it evolved into something quite different.

I started with a Cajun Craze card base.  Then I took a piece of Whisper White card stock and black embossed the Haunting Halloween Stamp then used sponge daubers and ink and blender pens to create an eerie back ground.
I choppy cut out the scene and mounted that on Basic Black card stock.  I then took Bites out of the Black with scallop circle punch.
I used a piece of DSP with spiders on it for a back ground  and then used a piece of Satin Black ribbon around it.  Then sparkled it up with bling!
I know kind of plain for me right?

The Surprise is inside!
I used the Cricut to cut our a boarder of Pumpkins and incorporated the new White pumpkin my daughter requested this year!  Kind of cool and different -  they all have a Halloween twinkle in their eyes! And of course I extended the bitten look to the inside as well.
I think  its adorable!!!  Hope you like it too!
Join us on the hop!

Well I could not sleep so I decided to create!  So here is a second card this week!  I used Hattie - a really cool stamp I picked up somewhere - and is not Stampin' Up!  However everything else is  hope you like it!

I used Brayering and sponging for this card and Hattie was coloured with Stampin Up Markers, Chalks and Blender Pens!  Love my chalks!!!  Hattie also has some Dazzling Details and White roller ink to make her look more haunted!!!
This was a fun card and love how it turned out -- I think one Halloween Girl will be very happy when she gets this one in the mail!
