This card is not my design though
I saw a card on Stampin Connection - a site for Demo's only! And I had to make one immediately!
So here is my take on a card designed by Donna
I was having a hard time catching the sparkle of this card tonight for some reason but the ornaments from Merry and Type are heat embossed with iridescent Ice and then I used Pink Pirouette and blender pens to colour in the open areas on the ornaments. I Stamped the phrase from Snow Swirled inside and out. The Layers are WW, then Pink Pirouette the base in Always Artichoke.
It is much prettier in person. I may try in the daylight tomorrow to see if I can capture the true sparkle on this very pretty card!
