The Stamp set is  Go Graduate which is appearing in the upcoming Summer Mini!  This set has special meaning to me as my very own Princess Presley is graduating this year and is off to the Royal University next year to continue her Princess training!

 Go Graduate is a fun set to work with, look at those awesome feet!  So I decided to make a cute, fun page.  Bright colours for my very bright girl!  Certainly celery, Brilliant blue, yo yo yellow, pixie pink,( get them while you can!!!),  there is the new Smooch spray on the whisper white back ground too!  LOVE IT!!   Come back after May 4th for full tutorials on all projects or you may order kits on line by sending me an e-mail.  

This next Project is an awesome gift! What a cute Grad Cap!  Just adjust the colours to suit your school.  I embossed the wonderful flying Grad Cap from the Go, Grad set onto the top of the  Cap!  Inside you will find a set of thank you cards to give the Graduate so they can send thank you's  out for their gifts!  And there is still room for another little gift inside as well. I loved this one!

 A gift is not complete if you do not give a card with it!  So I took the sentiment  " You go" from the Go, Graduate set and made this cute card.  I also mixed it up with a little Very Vintage jumbo wheel being carried over from the Occasions Mini  Hooraaaayy!!!

Gift cards are a fun gift for Grads so here is a really awesome holder you could make! Check back the week of May 4th for details - or check out one of my classes and come have some fun making some for all occasions with friends!

And for a change of pace  I thought I would try a little Red!  It always looks so rich and elegant!

I used the Embosslits Beautiful Wings for the Big Shot!  A must have to whoever is the lucky winner!

And of course there is the Dazzling Diamonds on the butterflies!

Because it just would not do if there was not glitter in the castle!

I am a Princess!!!

Well my mom always told me I was a Princess and now my dreams have come true!

Brilliant blue happens to be the colour of my daughters high school and also the University she is going to so I guess I will be stocking up on this one too!!

I have been in the studio playing with the Smooch Spritz and am loving it!  And as we all know Presley is graduating so I had to get the Grad set -- and talk about fun fun fun!  There is just so much in this mini I just could not make up my mind!

I am off to my Regional Meeting for May 15th so I am thinking May 19th would be a great time to Open House at my place?  I would love some feed back on this though - if another day would work better lets talk!

Build-a-Bear Party!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUMNER!!

We had such fun at Sumner's party today!  The kids were so creative doing there thing!  And the glitter princess my Presley was a hit at the glitter station!  There will be some very glittery homes tonight.  Glitter = happy even ask the boys!

The kids got to use the Big Shot too and make their own bears and clothes and some Halloween costumes as well!  What a fun way to spend a party!

And I was lucky enough to get a big hug from the Birthday Girl for the special card I created just for her.  Sumner is just so sweet!  Silly me though I forgot to take a picture of it and I even used our brand new Smooch Spritz on it -- the first time ever!

Anyway thank you to Anjanette for hosting and helping and to Becki for staying to help and Nona too!  And to my wonderful Presley for all her help!  Love you!  Here are the pictures courtesy of  Anjanette.

Tomorrow is the Birthday Party

Tomorrow is the first Stampin Up Birthday Party I will be holding!  I am so excited and it sounds like Sumner is too!  

Sumner has her thank you pages and should have them all set to go for tomorrow.

Thought I would post a picture of the gift bag the kids will be making.  They will be making their own designs and stamping their own tissue paper as well!  And of course they will be making their Build-a-Bear colouring book too!

EXCITING NEW STAMPING UP NEWS!!

Hold on to your Glitter Girls!  Stampin Up! Has just announced something so exciting and fresh I can hardly contain myself!  

A COLOUR RENOVATION

IS UPON US!

Starting with the 2010/2011 Idea Book that comes out July 1! The new colours will be here!  You will see some of the same colours we have now and some of our favourite  In Colours return!  Think Pacific Point, Pink Pirouette!!! and more!

And there will be 5 new colours added to the line up as well!

We will have 4 colour collections now

As you can see we will not be lacking for choice and like shopping for new shoes or a new handbag the excitement will go on and on everytime we wear/create with our new options!

Did you notice all the neutrals now have their own collection too??!!

And almost everything will have matching ribbons and markers, and accessories to play with  just more to love and make life easier as we play!  

So for now lets love the ones we must say goodbye to and stock up on the must haves that we will want to keep around for use into the future.

Yes we will miss some of our favorites, but change is good for the soul, and for our creativity as well.  And are we not lucky to be part of such a forward paced company that can bring such innovation to your craft?!

Oh and I almost forgot!  The In Colours!  Yes we will have In Colours still!  5 new ones this year and get this -- they will stick around to love for two years  but...... we still get 5 new colours every year!!!  Such fun!

Be sure to watch for my  Open house for the new Catalogue and to Welcome or new Colour Collection in July!

Also there will be an Open in May for the Mini that is Jam Packed with awesome new stamps and supplies --  I cannot wait to show you everything!!
