Must Read!!

Last night my daughter Presley, my son Jayden and I were so lucky to attend a book launch by two very talented brothers,  and as it so happens, friends of my daughters too!  Jake and Luke Reaume  have written an epic novel, why?  Because they believed they could!  You must read the incredible story of their journey to today and their novel The Draconean.  Here are some pics from last night   and a link to their site.  The boys are local and attend St Christopher's and you can purchase their book at The Book Keeper in Sarnia  or on line!

Oh yeah almost forgot, can't send the boys off without a card now can I?!

Birthday Party Samples

I am doing a Build-a-Bear birthday party for a little girl very soon!  She LOVES pink!!!  So here is the sample of the colouring book I have planned to make at her party.  I think she will love it and I hope the other kids will too.

The will of course have creative freedom!

This is the thank you page that the birthday child can have ahead of time and personally sign to thank all of her guests for coming to the party.  The rest of the pages the kids will stamp themselves and great with a few sets of stamps I will bring mostly Build-a Bear with a few other accessories thrown in.

The kids will also create their own gift bags!  Should be fun!!

I saw this card on SC and CASED it from Barbara Jean Smith!  I just love how it turned out!  And it can be used for so many different things -- I think the girls in Wyoming will be creating this card next month!!

Kids Club March Break

We had so much fun today creating and eating cookies and rice krispie treats ( thanks Tracy and Brenna for bringing Rice Krispie squares for us YUM)  The girls out did themselves again.  Kids always amaze me with how their minds work and how much they put into their products with so little effort it seems for such huge results.  Thanks for joining me for an afternoon of fun and crafting.

Hockey Afternoon in Sarnia!

Sorry for not posting but my son is in the March Break tournament and I am in Hockey Mom mode.  Tomorrow though is Kids Club!!  Watch for the pictures of all the cool creations!  Can't wait.  Back to baking cookies for the kidlets!

Fox and Friends Baby

Mixing in up with Fox and Friends and Good Egg.  I used the flower background from good egg and embossed  the background on the card then added some Fox and Friends for a cute baby card!  Hope you like it!  I am also posting a picture off topic of my spring flowers poking through the soil -- just had to!  Loving this sunshine!

Play Date with Sue!

Today I went and hung out for a few hours with my upline - and although I only made one card while I was there - Sue found some really cool techniques online that we tried out which was pretty fun to see come to life!  Tonight I made a couple of cards with my new sets!  And here they are!

A Little Something for my Niece

I thought I would get a bit of a head start on my Niece Regan's gift or part of it, for her birthday.  I had to use some purple because she loves purple!  And of course there had to be some BLING!  I will have to fill it with surprises for her!  And of course she will need to spend a day crafting with Aunt Kathryne too!

Scrap-a-thon for Rayjon

Yesterday was the Scrap-a-thon for Rayjon hosted by Scribbles and Scraps in Sarnia and they did an amazing job!  I met some great people including fellow demonstrator Cindy Piggot!  She did some awesome Make and Takes and people were excited about the projects!  I loved mine and got some great info from Cindy as well so thank you Cindy it was great to meet you and share!

I hope that there was a lot of money raised for Haiti at this event!  I believe this is going to be yearly thing now so something to look forward to.


I was able to get a few things done so I thought I just might post a couple completed projects for all to see!
